The secret behind CurtCHROME™ is the unique configuration of our new 51-inch KBA Rapida press. The Press begins with a special Dispersion Coater and Dryer before its 8 printing stations. This design allows us to apply our proprietary, heavy silver metallic ink to your packaging as soon as it enters the press. We can then print up to 8 colors & apply a second coating on top of the reflective base – all in a single cost-effective pass! We can easily achieve difficult golds, silvers, bronzes, coppers or any metallic color giving you an unlimited color palette.
